After three weeks of taking this supplement, I’ve already noticed a difference. My nails feel stronger, my hairdresser commented that I have lots of new hair growth, and my husband even said my skin looks smoother — he has since started taking it as well!
The formula clearly makes sense: four types of Calolgen with vitamin C, and double-hydrolysed for better absorption. I take two capsules in the morning and two in the evening. It hasn’t improved my sleep (I may add restorative magnesium next), but the routine is easy to remember and I haven’t missed a dose.
Overall, I’m very impressed so far.
