I’ve been using collagen supplements for several years and what can I say .. they do seem to work. My skin is plumper, healthier, firmer, my hair is in much better condition and my aches and pains at 62 seem much less . I’ve always looked after myself well ,exercising and making healthy food and drink choices , but as you get older a little helping hand is always welcome. I’ve recently switched to a correxico marine collagen subscription because it’s healthier on the budget than the another leading brand I have been using for years and I’m pleased I’ve made the change.
I like the ease of making up my collagen water with a squirt of lemon juice first thing in the morning before breakfast, it’s pleasant to taste dissolves quickly and anything that’s easy to add into a routine and become a habit means you will actually use it rather than leaving it at the back of a cupboard. I won’t stop using collagen it really does appear to do exactly what it says it will which in this day and age is refreshing !!
