I have been taking these for quite some time and I love them. I decided, after a blood test that I needed to be more proactive in my health and these are part of that change. I feel better and my blood results are good.

I only received these a few days ago and after reading the reviews I had high expectations. I took the capsules exactly as instructed ( midday with food ). Within an hour or so I started to feel so unwell I had to leave work & shortly after I was violently sick followed by severe diarrhoea. 24 hours later I still feel unwell although the s & d has stopped . I seem to remember reading a review from someone saying they had felt nauseas after taking these but that now seems to have disappeared and amongst all the excellent reviews I didn’t pay it much heed at the time . Sadly as I am still unwell I’ve had to give away a very expensive to a ticket for a concert I’d been waiting for for over a year. I really do feel correixiko should be more open about possible side effects as I dont recall and warnings or contra implications when I purchased these .
