I have tried a few different types of marine collagen and this is honestly the only one that dissolves easily and doesn't leave a fishy aftertaste 😊 I bought the large tub when it was on offer and I am really happy with it so will stick with it it's definitely worth the money.
I have noticed a nice energy boost after taking it in my coffee in a morning but haven't been on it long enough for it to have an effect on hair etc yet but I am very hopeful 😁
