Creatine is one of the most extensively researched nutritional ingredients available, yet many women still believe it is only relevant for gym-goers, athletes or bodybuilders.

In reality, creatine plays an essential role in the way every cell in your body produces energy. While it is widely recognised for supporting muscle strength and exercise performance, research is increasingly highlighting its importance for cognitive function, healthy ageing and maintaining muscle mass throughout midlife and beyond.

Women naturally have lower creatine stores than men, and these levels become increasingly important during perimenopause and menopause as hormonal changes contribute to declines in muscle mass, strength and energy.

Correxiko Clean Creatine provides pure micronised creatine monohydrate — the gold standard form used throughout clinical research.

No sweeteners.

No flavours.

No fillers.

Simply add one scoop to water, coffee, smoothies or your daily Correxiko Marine Collagen as part of your everyday wellness routine.

    Just started

Loving this so far! Was waiting ages for a trusted brand to do a high qaulity creatine powder—definitely didn't want the gummies or artificial flavours.

Stirring it straight into coffee with my Correxiko collagen and can't taste a thing, and love that I get everything done first thing in the morning! 2 weeks in now, so far so good 🤞

Why Women Should Think Differently About Creatine

For many years, creatine has been associated almost exclusively with sport and bodybuilding. Yet the science tells a much broader story.

Creatine is a naturally occurring compound found in the muscles and brain, where it plays a vital role in producing cellular energy. Every movement you make, every thought you have and every muscle contraction relies on this energy system working efficiently.

Women naturally have lower creatine stores than men and typically consume less creatine through their diet. As we move through our 40s and beyond, hormonal changes associated with perimenopause and menopause can accelerate the natural decline in muscle mass, strength and physical performance. Many women also notice changes in energy levels, recovery and mental clarity during this stage of life.

This is why creatine has become an area of growing interest within women's health research. Alongside regular resistance exercise and a balanced diet, creatine monohydrate has been shown to support muscle strength, exercise performance and the maintenance of lean muscle mass. Emerging research is also exploring its potential role in supporting cognitive performance, memory and mental resilience, particularly during periods of stress, ageing and hormonal transition.

At Correxiko, we believe strength isn't defined by how much you can lift in the gym. It's about maintaining the confidence, capability and independence to enjoy everyday life—whether that's carrying the shopping, keeping active with family, travelling with ease or continuing to feel strong and resilient as you age.

That's why we've chosen pure micronised creatine monohydrate—the gold standard form used throughout clinical research. No unnecessary ingredients. Just a simple, evidence-led addition to your daily wellness routine.

How to Use — Smoothly

Add 1–2 scoops (5–10g) to your drink of choice, stir well, and enjoy. 1 scoop = 5g. Take it daily — with or without food, training day or not. Consistency matters far more than timing.

The no-grit guide. Creatine is famously a little gritty — ours is micronised to minimise it, but if you're texture-sensitive, these tricks make it disappear entirely:

  • Go warm. Creatine dissolves much better in warm liquid — stir it into tea, coffee or warm water. (Normal hot-drink temperatures are fine; it's more stable than the internet suggests.)
  • Blend, don't stir. In a smoothie, the blender does all the work — you'll never know it's there.
  • Give it a minute. Stir, let it sit for 60 seconds, stir again. It dissolves far more completely the second time.
  • Fold it into food. Yoghurt, overnight oats or porridge hide texture beautifully.
  • Small glass, then chase it. Mix in a small amount of juice, drink it down, follow with water. Done in ten seconds.

Most women notice the difference after 3–4 weeks of daily use* — that's how long it takes your muscles to fully top up their stores.

Tip: stir it in with your morning Correxiko Collagen. Structure and strength, one glass.

Key Benefits:

Supports Muscle Strength & Healthy Ageing

Maintaining muscle is about far more than appearance.

Healthy muscle supports balance, mobility, posture, bone health and metabolic function throughout life. Creatine helps replenish the body's natural energy stores within muscle cells, supporting strength, performance and the maintenance of lean muscle alongside regular resistance exercise.

Supports Cognitive Performance

Emerging research suggests creatine may help support cognitive performance by maintaining the brain's energy supply. Studies continue to investigate its role in memory, focus and mental resilience, particularly during periods of stress, disrupted sleep and hormonal change.

Supports Cellular Energy

Creatine helps regenerate ATP, the body's primary source of cellular energy. This supports both muscular activity and normal brain function, helping you stay active, capable and resilient throughout everyday life.

How Creatine Supports Perimenopause & Menopause

Hormonal changes throughout perimenopause and menopause are associated with reductions in muscle mass, strength and physical performance.

Research suggests creatine supplementation may help support healthy muscle, physical function and cognitive performance during this stage of life, making it an increasingly recognised nutritional strategy for healthy ageing in women.

Why Creatine & Marine Collagen Work Well Together

Marine collagen and creatine support different aspects of healthy ageing.

Marine collagen provides the structural proteins that help support skin, joints, connective tissue and bones.

Creatine supports the body's energy systems, helping maintain muscle strength, physical performance and cognitive function.

Together, they provide complementary support for both structure and strength — and both dissolve easily into the same daily drink.
